Agreement
By creating an account or using the Vexluna service, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you are using Vexluna on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these terms.
The service
Vexluna provides a cloud-based device management platform that allows organizations to enroll, monitor, and manage their organization-owned devices. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time with reasonable notice.
Your account
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately through our normal support channels if you suspect unauthorized access. You must provide accurate information when creating your account and keep it up to date.
Acceptable use
You may use Vexluna only to manage devices that your organization owns or has explicit authorization to manage. You may not use the service to manage personal devices without the knowledge and consent of the device owner, to circumvent Apple's terms of service or platform policies, to transmit malware or engage in any unlawful activity, or to resell or sublicense access to the service without our written permission.
Devices and data
You retain ownership of all data you input into Vexluna, including device information and organizational data. You grant us a limited license to store and process that data solely to provide the service. You are responsible for ensuring you have appropriate authorization to enroll and manage any device you add to the service.
Payment
Paid plans are billed on a postpaid monthly basis based on the number of devices managed during the billing period. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as otherwise stated at the time of purchase. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts with overdue balances.
SMS communications
By enrolling a phone number with Vexluna, you consent to receive SMS messages for account security and device alerts. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP or by updating your notification preferences in your account settings.
Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms, if your account has an overdue balance, or if we are required to do so by law. You may cancel your account at any time through your account settings. Upon termination, your access to the service will cease and we will handle your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Disclaimer of warranties
The service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any particular result will be achieved. Device management inherently carries risk; you are responsible for maintaining appropriate backups and contingency plans.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vexluna's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these terms or the service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Hillsborough County, Florida.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify account holders of material changes by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
