Who we are

Vexluna is a cloud-based device management platform for small businesses, schools, and nonprofits. We are operated by Vexluna LLC.

What we collect

When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, and organization name. When you add devices to Vexluna, we collect device identifiers, hardware information, OS version, and location data when Managed Lost Mode is activated. If you communicate with us by email or through our support system, we retain those communications. We also collect standard server logs including IP addresses and browser information.

We do not collect payment card numbers directly. Payments are processed by our payment processor, Stripe. Stripe maintains its own privacy policy, which you can find here.

How we use it

We use the information we collect to provide and operate the Vexluna service, send you transactional communications such as alerts and invoices, respond to support requests, and improve the service. We may send you product updates and announcements by email; you can opt out of these at any time.

We use SMS messaging to send security verification codes and alerts. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out of SMS messages.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with third-party service providers who help us operate the service — including cloud infrastructure, email delivery, SMS delivery, and customer support providers — and only to the extent necessary to perform those functions. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect the rights and safety of Vexluna and its users.

Data retention

We retain account and device data for as long as your account is active and for a reasonable period after closure to satisfy legal and business obligations.

Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information at any time by contacting us through our normal support channels. We will respond within 30 days.

Cookies

We use cookies and similar technologies to keep you logged in and to understand how the service is used. We do not use cookies for third-party advertising.

Children

Vexluna is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We will notify account holders of material changes by email. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
